Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 July 2026
CoachWave is a free closed beta. These terms frame that beta. They will be updated as the service and the operating company evolve. Questions: oi.evawhcaoc@tcatnoc.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CoachWave, an online coaching-management platform ("the Service") operated by CoachWave SAS.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
3. Beta service — provided "as is"
The Service is provided free of charge as a closed beta, "as is" and "as available". Features may change, be added or be withdrawn at any time. We give no guarantee of availability, continuity or absence of errors, and the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or development. You should keep your own copies of important data.
4. Your account
Access is by invitation during the beta. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Your obligations
- Use the Service lawfully and not misuse or disrupt it.
- You are responsible for the content and client data you enter, and for having the right and any necessary consent to record it (see the Privacy Policy).
- Do not attempt to access, copy or interfere with other users' data.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content are owned by CoachWave SAS and protected by intellectual-property law. You keep all rights to the content you enter; you grant us only the limited licence needed to host and operate the Service for you.
7. Liability
Because the Service is free and in beta, it is provided without warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you did not back up.
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time by contacting oi.evawhcaoc@tcatnoc. We may suspend or end access, in particular in case of breach of these terms or at the end of the beta.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
